 No. TripValory is a marketplace that connects travelers with independent tour providers. The guide is responsible for conducting and managing the tour. 

 Contact your guide through TripValory's messaging system as soon as possible. 

 Accounts may be suspended for violating TripValory's Terms and Conditions or engaging in harmful or fraudulent activity. 

 Yes. you can from the setting. or You may request account deletion by contacting support. 

 Yes. You can edit your profile from your account settings. 

 Click Sign Up and provide the required information, including your email address and personal details. 

 Yes. Guides may adjust routes or schedules due to weather, local events, safety concerns, or operational reasons. 

  • Cancellations can be made anytime, though we encourage advance notice if you cannot attend. No-shows may impact your rating.


Repeated no-shows may negatively affect your TripValory profile rating and future booking requests.

 The guide may cancel due to weather, low attendance, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances. You will be notified if this occurs. 

 Yes. We strongly encourage travelers to cancel in advance so guides can better manage tour capacity. 

 Yes. During the booking process, you can specify the number of participants joining the tour. 

 You will receive a confirmation email containing the tour details once your booking has been submitted. 

 You may be asked to provide your name, email address, contact number, and the number of participants. 

 No. Free tours do not charge cancellation fees. 

Yes. Many tours support multiple languages. Check the tour details page for available language options.
Use the Forgot Password link on the sign-in page and follow the instructions sent to your email.
Yes. You can modify your booking date from your dashboard up to 24 hours before the start time, subject to availability.
